No fair knifing a girl buying clothes! Haven't you ever heard it's not a good idea to bust in on a woman while she's shopping?!

Having started over, both so I could help Cam get used to the game and because I wanted to start a new career as an Engineering Officer, I decided to go with the Constitution class. It was a free gift for buying the collectors edition of the game. Slightly more durable than the starting light cruisers but otherwise identical stats. If only I had the TOS uniforms to go along with it.

EDIT: I did change the material the ship was made from so it's not exactly like the classic style. Not so smooth and plastic looking.

That's a damn good shot of your Constitution. Wish my screenshots were that good.

Finally gonna post some screenshots. Sorry for the size if they're too big, but I already reduced them as much as I could without reducing picture quality too much.

First, a shot of my ship, the USS Pathfinder, a Shi'kahr-class ship with Miranda nacelles.

Here she is in battle, shooting at an Orion docking platform:

A shot of the Pathfinder flying at impulse speeds:

Entering orbit of a planet (Beytan 5, I think) so that I can beam down and talk to the miners about their disputes:

Looking for a disabled mining ship in an asteroid belt:

Another shot in the same asteroid belt:

It doesn't even sound right when one says, "Kicking arse."

Sorry, but ... it's "ass." 8)

If you ever want to just take some portrait shots or something, try cranking your graphics all the way up. It may make the game unplayable but it won't matter too much since you won't be running around or anything.

It's probably the lighting, but the last two look like your ship is covered in rust. It popped an image in my head of your poor crew being stranded in some remote part of the galaxy for a few decades. :)
